Shipping policy

At Swish Republic, we make sure every pair is packed securely and handled with care before shipping. All orders are processed only after customer details are confirmed, including complete name, contact number, full address, and selected shoe size.

Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare and dispatch your pair as soon as possible. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or other unexpected delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will assist customers in tracking their orders whenever needed.

Delivery Time Frame

Metro Manila:
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Luzon:
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

Visayas:
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after order confirmation.

Mindanao:
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after order confirmation.

Important Reminders

Please make sure your contact number is active and your address is complete to avoid failed delivery. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer allowed.
